Usual Terms and Conditions:
Check In/Out
Guests are welcome to arrive (unless otherwise agreed)
May to September : 5:00pm - 7:30pm.
October to April : 4:30pm - 7:30pm.
Departure
Guests are kindly requested to vacate the rooms by 11am, to allow for cleaning.
Access
We prefer the rooms to be free between 12pm and 3pm, for bedmaking, cleaning etc
Booking Online
On-line bookings should not be regarded as firm until you have received confirmation by e-mail or telephone.
Cancellation
If you find it necessary to cancel your booking, please advise us as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee
a full refund with less than 48hrs notice.
On booking confirmation, a cheque deposit of £20 is required
